I started my braces journey back in November/ December had a consultation and got to meet James who is absolutely a lovely orthodontist puts you at ease straight away and makes sure you get the results you want and helped me decide what sort of braces I was looking for and what would be best then had my braces put on in a week or two after , with no issues apart from 2 breakages from no fault of my own or a bracket coming loose which I had fixed with no issues . The best practice! James is a wonderful orthodontist and Quayside has the most caring team, my experience has been perfect from start to finish. You couldn’t fault a thing about the business at all and I would recommend them to anyone!

Great staff and service here. My Son is having braces and "Nick" the dentist is certainly an excellent practitioner. One point to note was the disabled access. The entrance way threshold is raised around 2 inches which could make wheelchair access slightly awkward.

avoid avoid avoid! left my nhs treatment half finished and discharged me without notice. now will not let me progress without a referral for jaw surgery which I have never agreed to or was even put on the list for! ordered replacement retainers - cost £100 for one set of top essix retainers. took 2+ weeks and multiple calls for them to be sent to me. im lucky that I had a spare (broken) set! they gave me another retainer free as an apology.. but they left the invoice in the package showing that it had only cost them £15 per retainer from their company. absolute joke.
