My wisdom tooth has been causing pain for some time now. I seen the lady dentist 2 weeks ago, don’t know her name but she was lovely, she could tell I was very nervous. I went back today to have wisdom tooth removed, I was so nervous and scared as I had a bad experience with another dentist a few years ago that I nearly cancelled today but so pleased I didn’t. The lady dentist made me feel at ease although I was anxious, I said I was ok to proceed. She kept asking all the way through if I was ok. Amazing service at this dentist! My 95 year old father needed an emergency extraction over the New Year weekend. Not only did they reply to my message on a Sunday (New Year’s Eve!) at 5pm but the dentist saw my dad that same evening and sorted out his tooth and abscess. This meant dad didn’t have to suffer in pain all weekend. He said everyone was lovely to him and he felt like a new man following his treatment. I couldn’t believe it had all happened when it did. Emergency appointment arranged in less than 12 hours. I was really apprehensive but the dental nurse and dentist were absolutely the best, putting me at ease, the dental nurse even held my hands during the stressful part and the dentist explained exactly what they were going to do and how long my recovery would take. Thank you so much, highly recommend!
