The receptionist is very rude. She lacks empathy, which is an essential quality of someone in health sector. I was there a couple of weeks ago after tooth extraction, and I was told to pay £27.40 by the receptionist, which i did. This payment means I could go back for review after the first appointment. The dentist that attended to me just asked me to open my mouth and later prescribed amoxicillin and asked me to come back if the swollen persist, which I did after 2 weeks; only for the receptionist to request I pay again, because the 1st appointment emergency note was closed. After my appointment today, I’m able to smile in the first time in years. That means a lot to me. I explained why my teeth were bad (years of mental health and acid reflux issues) and they just cracked on and fixed my teeth. I couldn’t believe how quick and good she got my teeth looking. She gave brilliant advice for teeth and gum health and even gave me some free samples of toothpaste that I should use. Dentist and staff were great even though they are busy(understandably, especially with nhs patients like myself). Booked my next appointment in.

Hadn't been to dentist in a few good years just always had a phobia. But the staff and dentists made me feel so at ease and relaxed. Brilliant dentists.

My daughter had a very bad experience yesterday with Dr. Srnivas Krishnamurthi . She went for a check-up after a few months waiting. The doctor has been rude complaining she got stain building up on her teath. She explained, she been waiting for appointment long time . He cleaned her teeth and left them bleeding and in pain .
