Saville Dental Practice

I have quite bad dental phobia and start feeling anxious at least a week before any appointment. The staff here were incredibly accommodating from the very beginning. I emailed with a few questions and the receptionist was so kind, reassuring, and helpful. She answered everything and even managed to book me in straight away. Mrs Evans is absolutely amazing; she completed the treatment very efficiently and made the whole experience feel much less scary. Beware if you are a nhs patient they do half your treatment, puncture your sinus (now it’s to the point hospital is needed TO FIX!!! )do not tell you they did it then kick you out of the practice for being late to 1 appointment when you rang to let them know you were on way the bus was running late only to be told no don’t come back we will not be seeing you again over the phone. thinking of taking legal action against them it’s that bad

Excellent practice, great staff, highly recommended. Andy Robson looked after me for years, so easy going nothing is a problem. I'm now looked after by Jane Wallace, so nice and relaxed just had a extraction today it was a pleasure thank you so much for your time and effort.
