I had a emergency appointment, and was seen at the correct time. No waiting around, which is a bonus for me. I had 2 fillings and some antibiotics. I found the dentist very helpful, and would recommend then. Also I do have a fear of the dentist, but they made me feel very welcome and relaxed.
My wife was sent here from a 111 call. The reception girls are nice lasses. We went in and seen the dentist , They didn’t wanna speak u cld feel the vibe off them both,the woman dentist and the lad. U know when u ask them something?And u get no reply,like your the fool?well that’s not good practice. I asked when can my wife have a drink of water after the tooth extraction?And they said ,I dont understand you!!I said u k ow water?u drink it?it’s clear?they then said are water!fgs. And I say it how it is. She was a butcher to my wife. She gave her injection. But then 10 seconds ltr,she was in…
Emergency appointment through 111 and 111 were great 10/10. 09.00 am appointment, straight in. The Dentist and Dental assistant were both great. The procedure was so efficient and relaxing and in no time complete. Thank You. 10/10.
Can’t thank the lovely reception staff enough for helping me get an urgent appointment. My Dentist Helen is just fantastic, I have JMD (jaw problem) that is so painful, Helen and her lovely assistant are so patient with me, Helen gives me lots of advice how to cope with the pain. I have no worries about going to see the dentist and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Helen and everyone at My Dentist, Walker. Regards Irene
