This dental practice is excellent kind professional and very clean have always been able to get an appointment whenever I need one. Especially good for emergency treatment. I was an extremely scared of dentist so my teeth were bad but the dentist here make you feel less anxious
Rude staff, changed my dental appointment without telling me. Have a small baby so finding a time where my partner can get off work so I can have my appointments is very difficult. Had the correct address, email and still failed to inform me that my appointment had changed to a later date. I was greeted rudely with “are you here for the dentist” .. “well we don’t have dentists here on this day anymore, we haven’t for weeks”.
it was really terrible. When we registered we examined first time (everything was fine) however, we didn`t get any appointment nearly 2 months. They always postpone us. Finally We got an appointment as we were waiting the nurse came and said us `sorry we can not have you because your wife needs an interpreter` even though the person who was on the desk told us you can come without interpreter. So I wanted to cancel my registration after that person in charge on desk said me `Ok i cancelled your appointment. But today I have got letters say `you need to come and complete your treatment. I have never ever had any bother with this practice until I rang up a couple off month ago about my dentures Being to big and I was told I had to find a new dentist struggling to find a practice that takes NHS patients. It's such a shame as all the staff were friendly.
