From calling and speaking to the lovely reception team who were patient and helped me get an appointment. They were just as helpful, professional and caring when I visited the practice too as I had not visited before and was very nervous. I’m not one for leaving reviews but I cannot thank the practice enough for how they treated me during my appointment. I had not been for around two years due to major anxiety around dentists that I have always struggled with. My dentist was Alice and she could not have done more to make me feel at ease, calm and was so kind as I was so anxious about my appointment. The dental nurse was also incredible but I can’t remember her name I’m so sorry! The receptionist was also kind and helpful before and after the appointment and this has done so much to make me feel less scared of the dentist. So…

Tried to register with this surgery last week. receptionist was very rude, told me they had no room for NHS patients, only private patients get priority for appointments. And was told to call back next Thursday if i was willing to go private. Called back Thursday receptionist put phone down on me when I asked again if I could register. Today I've managed to register with the practice. But told by the nice receptionist there wasn't any appointments for another week.

I have attended this practice for over a year now, it is such a brilliant dental practice! Reception staff are exceptionally polite and always try their best to help. I have seen a few dentists at the practice and they are all professional and very good at what they do! Always look forward to my next check up!
