Treated with respect and care. Treatment care plan explained thoroughly & questions answered to ensure it's the right path etc. Staff are all so kind, friendly & dedicated. An excellent experience. I have been with the practice since it opened. All my family are patients. Heaton Dental Clinic is a Hallmark of the profession.
Right before Christmas, my daughter needed to have a badly decayed tooth removed. She’s autistic and very anxious, so this could easily have been overwhelming. Dominic (dentist) and Sarah (nurse) were genuinely outstanding. They clearly understood how to support an autistic person properly, not just medically but emotionally. Sarah checked in at every single step, always making sure my daughter felt comfortable and was happy to continue before anything happened. Nothing was rushed. Nothing was assumed. As always, I experience the best care and treatment. From the moment I stepped into the practice, I felt comfortable. The Reception staff are terrific and my dentist Maddie, and her nurse Meg explained everything beautifully. The treatment was superb, and I could not have wished for more.
