As a very nervous patient, visiting the dentist is never easy for me, but from the moment I walked in, the team made such a difference. Sally at reception was so welcoming and kind, immediately putting me at ease with her friendly manner. Would definitely recommend this dental practice, everyone is lovely.There is coffee and water available in the waiting area. Sally was very welcoming and helpful, Jordan is thorough and informative about what he’s doing, Lexi was professional and attentive. They use great equipment that shows you during your appointment what your teeth look like and whether there’s any issues. I can’t recommend Gibside dental practice highly enough. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so friendly, professional and genuinely caring. Sally at the front of house is absolutely lovely. I recently moved dentists after previously seeing Sam elsewhere. I’ve had some cosmetic treatment done and the whole experience has been amazing from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the treatment itself was great, and I’m really happy with the results. Changing dentists was really easy and the team were so helpful and friendly throughout, which made the whole process stress-free.
