My 8yo son attended this surgery 16.12.24. He was met with friendly and kind office staff. We proceeded to wait in the comfortable waiting area, and then on to the surgery. X-rays done, advice received and informative visit. I have a better understanding how to help my son maintain his teeth. Thanks all.

Had a few visits recently and saw dentist Tugrul Zengin. Such a good dentist who you can tell has a true passion for dentistry. As someone who has very bad anxiety especially when it comes to going to dentist he makes you feel as ease. Explains everything thats going to happen and you can tell he has your best interest as heart. He is a credit to the surgery. Thank you so much.

I’m really disappointed with how this dental practice handled my complaint. I was misinformed about the treatment I needed—they told me they couldn’t offer it and that I would have to go elsewhere. Later, I learned they actually could provide the treatment, meaning they lied and wasted many months of my time. When I took my complaint further to the ombudsman, they removed me from their system rather than addressing the issue. It seems they’d rather avoid dealing with complaints than resolve them.
