I had a great experience with Ciara Docherty. She is very professional, kind, and reassuring, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. Her calm and gentle approach made the appointment comfortable and stress-free. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend her.

I was at the dental hospital on Thursday 23 November the Staff are all helpful and friendly, made me feel more comfortable. Extremely thorough, leave you feeling well looked after. Waiting times are reasonable and all options were discussed in detail, staff didn't mind answering any questions and were very patient. Wisdom tooth infection dismissed with no examination!! I rang 111 at 12noon after being woken by intense pain from what I knew was a worsening wisdom tooth infection (it has been painful on and off for more than a year). I was referred here for an emergency appointment, which initially felt reassuring. When I arrived, there was no proper check-up, no X-ray, and no attempt to assess the underlying problem. I was born with a cleft lip and palete I’m now 61 and lost a few teeth over the years iv paid private a few times for dentures nothing ever fit. My dentist referred me back to here and I saw jenny who step by step made 2 new dentures they are a perfect fit Jenny and her team were all absolutely lovely. This is a fab place and very proud of it being in the northeast. Well done dental hospital. Xx
