I have been a patient here for some years now and have received consistently excellent service. The waiting rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The staff from Reception onward are uniformly pleasant and helpful. Alex Garman replaced my usual dentist a little while ago and I have been thoroughly impressed by her by her professionalism and friendliness. A word for the hygenists too. They always operate at high standards. I almost look forward to visiting!
The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They will always answer any questions or concerns you may have. Tim Peach is one of the best dentist in the country and always have a good laugh with him. Vikki on the front desk always has a smile her face and will go out of her way to accommodate you.
Yesterday my wife attended for an appointment with the hygienist, Charys. She had very stained teeth due to using a mouthwash. Charys dealt with it very professionally and thoroughly. She left full of gratitude and praise for Charys and her helper with gleaming white set of teeth. Well done and thank you.
Really nice place to go for something most people don’t enjoy. Staff are lovely! Booking system is great when done well in advance for checks but also if you have a tooth emergency!
