I’ve been very impressed with the level of care at this practice. The dental work is consistently excellent, with great attention to detail and a focus on achieving long-lasting results rather than quick fixes. The whole team — from the dentists to the nurses and reception staff — are friendly, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I recently visited this dentist after a terrible experience at a different local practice (H&W) Jack and the team were amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I’m so glad I switched. **edit** after seeing Gaynor recently she reaffirmed my decision was the right one to switch practices. She was thorough and explained everything amazingly. I felt supported and I left feeling more confident about everything. Big thank you to the team.
Gaynor is fantastic and very knowledgeable. I had my braces done at this dentist with Tim, and I am happy with how straight my teeth are now. My daughter, who is 5, is also a regular visitor and has her appointments with Jack, who always provides her with a sticker, and they are very patient with her. Reception staff are friendly and have a lot of appointments to offer. Would recommend 😊
I have never been confident with my smile, I always knew I needed braces but a fear of the unknown kept me from getting them.
