Dentist gone really down hill. Had to cancel an appointment as myself and son were ill. We have immune system problem, causing us to catch infections. Booked another appointment for myself and my son and had to wait months for the appointment. When we got to our appointment dentist said he couldn’t see us as the period of time had lapsed between our appointments. Unfortunately we may have to cancel appointments now and then if we are ill. However trailed all the way to the surgery to be told I will have to come back in 2 weeks time. Admin should have told us about this. They even rang us up…
