After moving here 17 years ago from Reading in England, I thought all practices were the same, don't really have much time for you and just fob you off with tablets. BUT here I was shocked at the care, and patience the Doctors show to their patient's. At this surgery. Dr Rishko and Dr Dimmick have cared for me so well for the past 17 years ,and have always listened and helped, in fact if it hadn't have been for one of the now retired doctors I would have been Dead 12 years ago. so if there was an award for services above and beyond I personally would award it to them. Meddygfa Emlyn is not my surgery but having to deal with them for friends and relatives, I find them all to be fantastically helpful and courteous and I can’t praise them enough from the reception to the GP’s and all other staff. Thank you all so so much.
They are always swamped. However all the admin staff , nurses and doctors are incredibly helpful. A very positive experience.
Absolutely phenomenal , can't thank you enough . Rang at 5:10pm today with an ill 2 year old as a temporary patient , told to come straight down.
