I’ve always had the ultimate fear of the dentist after years of bad experiences, so walking in for my appointment I was an absolute bag of nerves. Andrea has completely changed that for me. The last two visits have been worlds apart from anything I’ve had before. She’s easy-going, calming and just has a way of settling you without making a big deal of it. She tells you just enough so you know what’s happening, but leaves the scary stuff out, which is exactly what I need. I’d be really grateful if this feedback could be passed on to her. I visited the practice today for the first part of overdue treatment my previous dentist having retired. An initial examination had identified a regrettably long list of treatment needed. This had all been explained to me and a printed and costed list given to me. The treatment by Clara and Bernie was professional but provided in a relaxed manner. Impressed by them and would have no hesitation in recommending their services

I called this morning as I had pain in my gum. The receptionist was very friendly&very helpful even tho I had no appointment I was called back within 20 mins and told to come and see the dentist who was the lovely dentist Clara, and Bernie the dental nurse. Clara was very helpful and she took her time with me and made me very relaxed. giving me an xray talking me threw my issue that I had and what the best way going forward would be. I have been a patient here for over 4 years and recently heard of poor reviews of which I was astonished - I have always had a positive experience at McManus & Scott. When I have been in pain I have always been accommodated and when in need of an appointment I will always get one, even if it is with another dentist. This practice should also be very proud of how they have worked throughout the COVID pandemic .
