Past experiences at another dental practice had left me with anxiety and a lack of trust, so I hadn't been in years. When I registered with Campbell and Gibson I was very apprehensive and almost didn't go to my first appointment. However when I met Sally I felt some of my anxiety go. I didn't even have to tell her how anxious I felt, she could tell straight away and immediately started to make me feel at ease. I have had several treatments done now and Sally has helped me to overcome my anxiety at every appointment by explaining things in detail, and helping me with breathing excercises to …
I have been terrified of the dentist from a young age. Because of that I have avoided going my whole adult life, even when I have had problems. I had two cracked teeth and had been putting off booking an appointment with my previous dentist. When I eventually saw them I was told that both teeth needed to be removed and when I went in to get the teeth extracted I feel I was treated very poorly. Always had great service from Rob - but my hygienist appointment today was the best I’ve ever had. Kind, considerate and thorough - they carried out a brilliant clean while always checking that I was comfortable. A welcome change from previous experiences!
