Smart Smiles Abercynon

My first experience at Smart Smiles and I was so impressed. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr May Bassett was so friendly and professional and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident. She listened to me and came up with a plan of action showing me the photographs and x rays that had been taken during the appointment. I left on a high, feeling that I had been listened to and that I had total confidence in going forward. Looking forward to my next visit.

My son (22 YO) had his wisdom teeth removed as an emergency today, he was very nervous prior to attending. Rory put him completely at ease, I have heard "mam, he's so good at his job" 4 times since he has been back! He removed his teeth quickly and effectively all whilst reassuring a nervous patient. Thank you for the excellent service.

Customer service, is always second to none. And the original dentist did a lovely transformation of my front teeth. Including two crowns and two veneers. Unfortunately my veneers have come off twice each one. My one crown has come out/off five times. Each time they are put back in place basically the day I telephone them Once or possibly twice is an inconvenience. Five times has gone way past that

Lovely staff, and the dentist is thorough, friendly, and very professional, and seen in good time. I do however find that my upper dentures judd out more than before, but still overall happy to have them. So sorry I lost my lower teeth 😬. Good, quick job done today too. Thank you so very much for your time and understanding 🙏 ❤️ 😊. 10/10!! I would recommend Smart Smiles 😃.
