I would like to express my heartfelt for the exceptional Customer Service I recieved from my Dentist Robyn and Nurse Chelsea and Nicola . Deborah @ reception and Gregor steering the boat . Staff show great expertise, through asking questions gained a thorough understanding of my needs that led to an outcome that exceeded my expectations. The meticulous attention to detail and clarity of guidance were incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. Thankyou ounce again for your outstanding support showing great example of what Customer Service should look like.
Reception staff are always very pleasant and polite when in the practice or on the phone. Melissa is our dentist and she is fabulous. My son had such a fear of dentists due to a bad experience in another practice and Melissa worked with him explaining everything she was doing in detail and taking things at his pace. he now looks forward to his visits. would highly reccommend.
