Worst dentist i have ever dealt with in my life, missed an appointment so they de-registered me immediately. Absolute disgrace. You litetally wait 4 months for an appointment i had 9 appointments booked and now they take me off their list. Disgrace!!!!!!
After waiting over 6 months for my daughters appointment for a filling I unfortunately had to cancel due to being in accident and emergency, receptionist at kirkland was very rude when I called for another appointment that's another 6 months away regardless of her being in pain and only 12 tears old. If it wasn't so hard to get a dentist and the fact it's for my kids I wouldn't be back
Great dentists here and staff are always friendly. Had to phone for a couple emergencies since the start of the pandemic and was seen to a few hours after calling. Faultless. Called today about a loose tooth and it does seem there is a massive backlog atm as the appointment is at the end of August. Don't delay in making a call if you have any issues.
I have absolutely no faults to say all staff has been very understanding and sympathetic to my dental issues
