I've had consistently poor experiences at Market Place Dental Care. During my recent routine check-up with the NHS dentist, he arrived late at 9:08 AM to a full waiting room—yet again. If punctuality isn't a priority, is this the right profession for him? And why would management condone this? I explained my painful tooth and bleeding gums, but his spoken English was very difficult to understand, leaving me unclear on his full advice. I had a really positive experience at this dental practice. Shahnaz, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and helpful. She booked me in promptly for an emergency appointment and was just as lovely in person as she was on the phone. Dr Nikita redid my filling and was calm, thorough, and reassuring throughout the procedure. Her nurse assistant, Sneha, was especially thoughtful and made sure the bright lights didn’t trigger my migraines by giving me special yellow glasses, which made a huge difference. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Experience! I went in for a cleaning and stain removal, and both the dentist and the nurse were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly considerate, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and the level of care was genuinely exceptional. I only have positive things to say — a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I went to the practice today for a check up after having my wisdom tooth removed 9 months ago at the practise. Very clean and tidy. Staff are lovely and easy to engage with. My dentist was very friendly and professional throughout. Kept checking that I was ok during my procedure and was very good at letting me know everything he was doing. Felt at ease the whole time.
