All of the staff were absolutely delightful. Mark knew he had a nervous patient and did everything he could to put me at ease and quickly analyse what the issue was. The technology they use and the photographs they showed me on a flat screen showing what the issue was I thought was extraordinary. After the appointment I left feeling far more relaxed and reassured along with a treatment plan going forward. I would highly recommend.
I would recommend Shine Dental Care without hesitation. After being badly let down by my NHS dentist, I was amazed at the care, attention and superb treatment I received. I was even seen out of hours and made to feel nothing was too much trouble. Every member of the team is a huge credit to the practice. I must mention the incredible technology available, seeing my crown being produced at my appointment was amazing. My journey continues but I feel confident that the outcome will be just as promised. Thank you.
I’ve always been nervous of the dentists, especially after a negative experience with a different dental practice a couple of years ago. My experience here has been amazing, and it’s put me right at ease- everything is explained so clearly, and Mark has been the first dentist I’ve ever had that has eased my fears completely. He is brilliant, as is the dental nurse that I’ve had for the past couple of appointments with him. Thank you.
What can I say, simply amazing, a huge thank you to Amy for her outstanding care. The staff are professional and friendly and the place is spotless. If you want a first class dentist then look no further.
