EXCELLENT !! I received a GREAT service from all the Team at Rainworth Dental Care. The Receptionist Linda, was lovely and very helpful and provided me with some information to read about for my next visit. Dr Rey is excellent, very gentle and an expert in dentistry. Nurse Anita greeted me with a warm smile and was friendly and helpful. Nurse Rachel was very good and helped to put me at ease. I attended an emergency dental appointment here on Christmas Day, and from the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed and well looked after by the lady at reception. Dr Rey and nurse Anita were absolutely amazing. They took the time to clearly explain what had happened and how they were going to fix it. After the treatment was completed, they explained the next steps so I left with a full understanding of everything. I was sent to rainworth dental care today by 111 , I was seen by mueerah and she was absolutely brilliant! I begged her to remove my broken tooth that had been giving me so much pain . She was so understanding and made the process pain free ,her assistant was lovely and the lady on reception was great. Remember when your sat there waiting for your appointment dont moan how long you've been sat there waiting!!! Just think yourself lucky that you are getting seen to and dont take it for granted. Like most people I always get a little anxious visiting the dentist but what an amazing service and treatment. Had the lovely Dr Sati and dental nurse Shaunna take care of a couple filling and composite bonding, and wow! My teeth have never felt so good! Thank you so much Sati & Shaunna!
