Mansfield Community Hospital

I went today for a routine blood test. I arrived 30 minutes early, having just dropped my daughter at work. I fully expected I'd need to wait but as soon as I got there, the lovely nurse asked my name, I told her and said I was very early but she took me straight in anyway. She was so nice, I felt compelled to leave a review. Im just sorry I didn't get her name to give her this praise. A true asset x

Pretty great experience every time I've needed to attend an appointment here. Easy to park. 30 mins free. X-ray appt (arrived just over 5mins early) seen on time and out within 10 minutes. So didn't need to pay for parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Only minor thing is my appointment letter said to go straight to Tony Hughes Centre. As I was walking there a receptionist coming the opposite way asked where I was going (to be helpful) but turns out I needed to check in at main reception before going to the department. I brought my daughter here for sedation to have dental work done on our first visit the lady shouted at my husband for going in to tell them we was here has they was on there dinner break yet in the waiting area there is signs every were saying please let us know you are here the lady hardly spoke to my daughter while the work was carried out We had another 2 visits booked for the rest of the work to be carried out I rang and cancelled the first appointment but made it quite clear I will attend the last appointment in february but they cancelled both of the appointments in the future I will…

I attended an appointment yesterday for a DEXA Scan and I was in a bit of an emotional state because my mum had just passed away a couple of days before .The radiographers ,I think their names were Carol and Glenda were really kind to me and cheered me up no end. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to them when all I wanted to do was burst into tears. Could you please thank Carol & Glenda for me.
