I've been going to this dentist since I was 5, I'm now 56. The reception staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful when making or amending appointments. My dentist Mr Duckmanton is extremely professional, knowledgeable and always keeps me informed throughout all my treatments. I have used the emergency service on several occasions and it's been a life saver when in pain.
Been with this dentist since being a child I’m now 31, never had any problems until today! I rang asking for an emergency appointment, I explained I had an infected wisdom tooth (previously had this before) so knew the signs to look for. I explained my symptoms and my concern about the bank holiday weekend coming up, I was offered 1 appointment at only 1 time for the next day I explained there was no way I could get out of work for that time and again explained my agony. Dr Mostafa Reza, you do not even deserve a star! However, my mother in law has took her daughter to dentist yesterday. Dr Mostafa he did not treat her kindly regarding to her disability, he was shouting at her although he knows she could not understand what he is saying. Her body was shaking because she scared of him He was very bad behaved. My mother in low could not do anything because she can not speak English really. Previous NHS patient at Mansfield Marketplace Dental. I had the worse experiences at that surgery, treated so poorly, it was honestly frightening! By the time I decided to leave and go private I was literally 24hours away from being rushed to A&E! 😱 My new dentist, Dr Amin Oladi prescribed me with 2 different types of antibiotics (I was so swollen that I couldnt even open my mouth) and set a treatment plan for xrays, fillings and an extraction!
