The worse dentist, you make an appointment and they cancel on the day, pathetic reasons, we all work and have to take time off, I can't extend my holidays.

First and foremost, the facade that the receptionist states that they take on registering new NHS patients and to ensure this spot is given to you, you must call at Tuesday at 10am is a scam. I called at exactly 10am watching my clock so i do not miss these first come, first serve “slots” to which the call automatically ends. When i call back at 10:01am, the register is now closed until next week. Went for the first time this morning for a routine checkup. Both receptionists were warm and welcoming, and the dentist and her assistant were friendly, informative and professional. All round a fantastic, efficient service with a lovely atmosphere from start to finish, thanks so much

Even not worth one star , They are ridiculous and clown. They said that they accept NHS patients every Tuesday at ten o'clock, and I called in two minutes past 10 am. They said that the registration was closed and I was there in person the week before. They were really rude and useless . I am sure they work unprofessionally and inefficiently in the dental profession as well
