I have been a registered user here for several years. Previously, the staff there were very good at taking care of people and were respectful of those who visited them. But now the staff there have changed and unfortunately they are not familiar with their work at all. They do not have much experience in their work and the person in charge here should follow up. This is now my tenth attempt to contact the Musculoskeletal Service at this surgery . I so far have been informed they have no answering service on any of the three lines and on three occasions the phone has been picked up and instantly put down. I had been asked to ring for an appointment within 14 days of receipt of a letter however at this rate the alloted time will come ome and go with no ability to communicate.
My recent experience at your surgery was extremely disappointing and highlighted significant failures in both customer service and internal communication. I submitted a formal request, along with my documents, for a doctor's letter two weeks ago, only to return and be told that the staff had no record or knowledge of my request whatsoever. This indicates a complete breakdown in your administrative processes, resulting in a waste of my time and a neglect of my needs. Such poor organisation and lack of basic follow-through are unacceptable for a medical practice.
Extremely rude staff. They don’t know how to do their job and communicate with patients. Doctors are extremely rude. Would not recommend. 1 star is too much for this practice. Horrible medical practice.
