Dental Surgery

A few weeks ago, I visited Moston Dental Practice and had a truly disappointing experience. The dentist who attended to me was a Muslim woman—I don’t remember her name—and she was extremely, extremely «rude»* throughout the visit. I came in for a few fillings, and not only was the work done hastily and without proper care, but her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. After the procedure, I experienced pain and infection due to the poor quality of the work. When I returned to address these issues, the same dentist was again very rude and unhelpful, and the situation wasn’t resolved. …

I went for my first appointment today the lady dentist I saw was lovely she treated me with kindness and respect. She explained what she was doing before she did anything. I felt valued and can’t recommend this practice enough.

I had a very poor experience with Mr. Z. Mohsin at Moston Dental Practice. He was dismissive and rude during my appointment, told me to go back abroad for a tooth that was previously treated, and then tried to end my filling appointment early even though plenty of time was left. Very unprofessional and upsetting experience. On a positive note, the reception staff were very kind, polite, and helpful, which I really appreciated

Me and My Partner have struggled to find a NHS dentist. We rung here and straight away they were happy to take us on and offered us both appointments straight away. We have attended our appointment and the staff are extremely polite and happy to help. This is nothing like some NHS dentists where NHS patients are treated like dirt. The treatment is performed with a high level care and the staff (Dentist, Assistant and Receptionist) are very understanding about any of your concerns no matter how little.
