It’s okay. I started coming here in 2019 and I don’t think we’ve got very far. I’m not actually sure what condition I have, what the treatment plan is and what’s actually happening. I wasn’t really given information on how to look after my braces either. I don’t know what options I have and to be honest I think the person I see is completely fed up with me. At the moment my braces wire is cutting into my mouth but they keep being put back the exact same way so it’s not healing and keeps getting stuck. It really hurts but I’m so fed up with everything and I don’t feel like making the trip to…

Shocking telephone service, I’ve been trying for weeks to arrange an appointment with the hospital, phoned many many times without any success no one picks up the phone, I’ve left voicemail messages for a call back again without success. I’m on the phone now and have been on hold for an hour, a voice message keeps telling me they appreciate my patience and my call will be handled shortly, I going to hang up as I’m fuming and if someone does eventually pick up with get a dressing down, absolutely shocking

Rude receptionist staff that don't care for their job. I have been asking for a written confirmation of my appointment for weeks (such as a letter, email or even texto message), to be able to book the time off from my employer to attend the appointment, and they just keep ignoring my emails and calls going im circles. Until I don't have a written confirmation I can't book the time off to attend the appointment. Then they may wonder why they loose money from.thr NHS on appointments from people that don't turn up.

Customer service is appalling. Rude people answering the phone and zero care for a situation. I work in health and social care myself and would never speak to a service user the way receptionists speak here. Also the fact they do not have accessibility for people in a wheelchair to be hoisted yet are the main dental hospital in 2026 is disgusting.
