Missed two appointments, one I was genuinely sick and got mixed up with the dates so I missed it. The other I made after receiving a letter from them threatening to take my name off their register if I don’t make an appointment within a certain period of time (make it make sense, I pay partly for my dental treatments so it’s not always affordable to go) anyways I made the appointment, finished the call thinking I will get a message confirmation. I’ve always had a great experience at Brooks Bar Dental Practice. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful, always giving me a reminder call the day before my appointment. Dr. Leena Hamed is an excellent dentist—skilled, professional, and really puts you at ease. The dental nurses are great too, always friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Brilliant dentist. I always get a routine appointment within a couple of weeks. My sister got a next day appointment for tooth ache. The girl at reception is absolutely lovely, big smile and so chatty, she interacts with the kids in the waiting area and gives them colouring books which makes them feel so relaxed and calm. Mr Qureshi is a brilliant dentist and always offers a deep clean of my teeth at each routine appointment. Very grateful for this dentist 😃

It’s been years since I haven’t been to the dentist for a check up, i was a bit nervous going there but everything went alright. The staff was nice to talk to but the queue, however, was quite a long wait since there were many patients.
