A star is generous...2 or 3 days now ringing and no appointment,disaster alright,you would need to be half dead for the receptionist to give you an appointment,complete joke of a set up,place needs to close dwn cos wat use are they,just time wasters
Got through after 15mins had an appointment in an hour and a half was seen promptly with great care, attention and advice provided. Picked up treatments at chemist and home. All sorted in two and a half hours and I did not put my hand in my pocket - even parking fee was covered. Honestly, where in the world would you get such service.
Obviously a very busy surgery but they seem to manage really well. Recently got an appointment the same day after a short time on hold in the morning. The reception staff are very helpful and the doctors are all knowledgeable and friendly.
This is the first time I’ve called to see a doctor in over 16 years and after spending the guts of an hour waiting to speak to someone, I had to wait over a week to get a call back from my doctor. The staff must be the best trained staff in the UK with the amount of times the phone lines are closed due to training. I feel sorry for any elderly person trying to see a doctor. Must be awful.
