Disappointed service, I booked an appointment for my mother as she had informed me that her filling had fallen out, the filling was originally put in back in December 2025, so I called up and booked an appointment for her filling and also checked whether or not I would have to pay, Receptionist got off the phone to double check and came back to confirm that no payment would be needed. i have been with this dental practice for over 10 years.. sadly the wong brothers have sold it,. i was charged over £65 on my last checkup only to be told that they cannot do anything and i must find another practice who can do the tooth filling. i didn't even understand why. the service i received was really bad. the people running it look unexperienced and unprofessional and should not have been allowed to run this practice... at the moment i am recieving threating e-mail that if i don't book for a check up, they will remove me from the practice. why would i go and pay £65 to unexperienc…

My elderly 94 year old mother has been a patient of this practice for nearly 40 years, with both Francis and Lewis being her respective dentists. I took her to the practice back in April '25 and was disappointed at how the reception staff gave an eldery frail patient an Ipad to fill in all her details, making her stand at reception to do so. Thankfully I was there and completed it for her. Her check up and cleaning was extremely rushed and the new female dentist barely spoke to her during the procedure. I agree with the comments Francis and his brother retired, and the last time I am 100% sure the air-water pipe placed in my mouth, was not cleaned from the previous patient! The reason I say this as immediately after the air-water pipe was used, i got a sore throat, and beleive categorically this was not cleaned after previous use, meaning that standards have dropped so low, patients are at risk of infections.
