I honestly can’t recommend this dental clinic enough! From the moment I walked in, Anca at reception made me feel so welcome and comfortable – she has such a friendly and kind way about her. Dr. Raj is amazing – professional, gentle, and really takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel relaxed and confident. I felt completely at ease in his care. Have had a very position experience here. I am an adult who had traumatic experiences of dentists as a child so feel very anxious going to the dentist. The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating and the dentist is so welcoming and puts me at ease. My 2 children are also his patients and they put them at ease and it’s refreshing to watch them receive the care I never did as a child and not pass on the trauma! A few negative reviews here but I’ve been a patient here for nearly 7 years so I would question those leaving the reviews rather than the practice itself. Excellent practice

We arrived 6 minutes late to our appointment today. The receptionist was in a foul mood. She chastised us for being late and said we're 8 mins late. As a result she said the dentist saw another patient. She said it was our responsibility for being on time. She made us feel like children in front of the Headmistress. Her face was full of thunder and she spent most of her time sitting crossed legged filing her nails while scrolling on her mobile phone. This practice has an exceptionally kind and lovely receptionist, Andreea, who genuinely likes people and wants to help them and it shows. The dentists are very nice people and very good dentists too. Anita is an outstanding hygienist. I feel lucky to be a patient in this dental practice...
