I’ve been seeing doctor Deepa since 2022. I feel like I’ve been through everything with her: check ups, fillings, gum treatment, root canal, crown, mouth guard, retainers, teeth whitening. I needed the treatments when I started seeing her, and I used to go very regularly. Now, for the past 2 years, my tooth health has majorly improved and I just come back to monitor my teeth and for hygiene appointments. I agree with other reviews that the staff are rude/unprofessional, but mostly that the clinic is profit-focused and overcharges customers. Whites Dental prescribed me a comprehensive Invisalign treatment for very minor changes, while three other top rated clinics in London all advised me that an express/lite package is all I needed. When I politely asked why they felt I needed a comprehensive treatment, the staff were extremely rude and did not bother trying to justify the treatment plan. I had a really bad toothache and I was very scared about having my tooth extracted. I’m honestly someone who is very afraid of dental procedures. Dr. Romina was so kind and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and helped me feel calm throughout the process. After it was done, I realised it wasn’t as scary as I had imagined.
