Extremely disappointed with my visit. Destiny showed up 45 minutes late with no communication or apology for the delay. When I was finally seen, the entire check-up lasted barely five minutes. It felt like they just wanted to rush through and move on to the next person rather than take the time to do a proper exam. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a professional dental office. I value my time and expect at least basic courtesy and thorough care. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated and disregarded. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place…

Lovely experience at this dental practice. My dentist is R.C. She is professional, kind, and takes the time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail. Every time I attend, I feel cared for and never rushed, thank you.

I attended this practice for a routine check-up and unfortunately left feeling very unsupported and without clear clinical direction. I presented with ongoing sinus pressure on the side of a previously root-treated upper molar and was hoping for a thorough assessment and guidance on next steps. An X-ray was taken, however the image shown did not appear to capture the tooth roots or the surrounding area relevant to my symptoms, so I am unsure how this ruled out a dental cause. Always a good experience visiting this dental practice. Disha is our family dentist and we won’t go to anyone else as Disha is great with our children and very thorough in examining teeth, gums and the area around the face and mouth. We always feel reassured when we leave.
