I have been dealing with this issue at this dental practice for several years, and every time it is the same problem: gum recession and lack of bone, which prevents me from having dental implants. Instead of focusing on treatment options, the dentists repeatedly make disrespectful comments about my brushing habits. Even after clearly asking them to focus on solutions rather than blaming me, they are unable to provide proper guidance. When I ask for a referral to an implant specialist, they cannot give a clear answer or a proper plan. I previously had a bone graft here, which was necessary…
Was a patient for 2/3 years and ever time I went I needed to get a filling... Very friendly team but I have had to be see at the dental hospital as they all fell out and ripped part of my teeth off with it.

Dr Xiao-Li Du was incredibly quick, professional, and thorough on both occasions I saw her. She fixed issues with my denture and fillings efficiently and with great care — I couldn’t be more grateful. The receptionist was also kind, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. Thank you both for such excellent service
