Well, first my many thanks to Dr Alia JOHAR and her team. She is a true perfectionist and master of her craft. I can't express my gratitude enough for the work she has done in restoring my smile to absolute perfection. She asked me to trust her and i did and in retun, i have what i describe as a complete work of art, picture perfect smile. In fact i struggle to spot the new teeth by sight. I absolutely recommend her and the good folk at waterfall house. Trust me when I tell you, I have no regrets and I cant stop smiling.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Dr Janki for my Invisalign treatment. She was professional, patient, and clearly explained every step of the process. She monitored my progress carefully throughout, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with my new smile and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering Invisalign!
I have mixed feelings about this place. First of all, please note that they have a lunch break from 1 to 2 pm. If your appointment is at 2 pm and you arrive at 1:55, no one will open the door for you, and there is nowhere to wait — you just have to stand on the stairs. It feels a bit strange. If patients are not allowed to wait inside, why not schedule appointments from 2:10 pm instead? Secondly, the consultation and hygiene together lasted no more than 25 minutes. I booked myself in this dental surgery as an emergency patient. I can reassure everyone that the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My dentist was Dr Ella, she is very kind and professional. My wisdom tooth extraction was not the easiest one but she took her time (almost an hour) and completed the job- she could have stopped it there, and referred me to a specialist but she had a clear understanding that this will leave me in excruciating pain while waiting for the specialist referral. Thank you Dr Ella for being kind and patient with me.
