My experience with the clinic has sadly been quite a traumatic one from the start (probably over 5 years ago), but culminated this week with me having to cancel tomorrow's review appointment and seeking treatment elsewhere because they have been denying me a treatment appointment despite weeks of complaining of persistent pain, asking to fit me in a cancellation slot and even after having been to an emergency dentist and a root canal specialist who recommended me to have my tooth extracted as soon as possible. One star for the excellent dental service, but unfortunately a big thumbs down for the receptionist. Her manner was very unprofessionad, instead of being welcoming, she came across as immature and dismissive, almost as if she enjoyed making patients feel uncomfortable. At times it felt like being back in high school, with the same kind of petty, belittling behaviour designed to make you feel stupid rather than just attend an appointment... looks like she’s receive this declare before but is incapable of changing.

Visiting a dental surgery is always a bit nerve-wracking, but my recent experience at Wapping Dental Centre was, surprisingly, an incredibly positive one. From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional, setting the tone for a smooth and comfortable visit.
