Claudette was absolutely wonderful today. Empathic, light hearted, humorous and thoughtful. I was really listened to, as we spoke through an ongoing issue. If I had Claudette as my ongoing GP I’d always visit and not put off doctors visits so much. Thank you for making my experience of public healthcare that bit better!

Needed to reschedule my appointment but, of course, they don't provide an option online to do this. You can only cancel (and who would do that after waiting months for the appointment to come through in the first place?) So I call them, but end up on hold forever. When I finally get through, the only available appointment is more than one and a half hours from my home. Why can't you just set-up online rebooking of appointments and save everyone time? And why can't you open up appointments more than six weeks ahead? This is atrocious service.

worst appointment ive ever had. rude and unprofessional physio with cora health, improved behaviour as the appointment went on but it was too little too late. people in pain are sensitive and should be treated gently and with kindness

Needed urgent help, my GP made for my child appointment at this place. Appointment was ok time, GP was great professional, clean place and helpful service 🙏
