I had a terrible experience at this dental office. After my treatment, my teeth were noticeably damaged and extremely sensitive. I went in expecting professional care, but instead I left with more problems than I started with. When I contacted the office to address the issue, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. They would not offer any solution or refund, even though the damage clearly occurred during the procedure. The lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. I trusted them with my dental health, and now I have to spend more money to fix what they ca…
Visited the clinic as an emergency appointment. I was in terrible pain! Very friendly and compassionate receptionist, Claudia. Dr Alexander Tsimbalist is knowledgeable and compassionate, always taking the time to walk me through each step so I feel completely at ease during my appointment. I’m grateful to have found such a professional and trustworthy dental practice. Recommend !
