I can’t recommend Truly Dental Nine Elms highly enough. I go there for my routine check-ups and cleaning, and every visit is a genuinely great experience. A huge shout-out to Ray, Connie, Louise, Bilal, and the whole team — they’re always so welcoming, professional, and attentive, and they really take the time to make sure my teeth are in tip-top condition. ⭐ 1 star Scam clinic — unsafe, dirty, and dishonest. I cancelled an appointment and was promised a refund by their receptionist — I have the call recording. Days later, they refused, citing “terms and conditions” I never saw, never agreed to, and never signed. This is pure dishonesty, and legal action is now under consideration. But it gets worse. The clinic is a mess. Dirty desks, overflowing bins, exposed wires — I’ve attached photos. My dog almost got electrocuted in the waiting area due to loose cables on the floor. I was a long standing customer under the previous owners and had a positive experience with the Hygienist. However it simply cannot be justified that they hire people with such poor customer service skills. I will certainly not be giving this place any more of my money. Had an appointment date in place for 3 months last minute they decided to move the appointment because it suited them. I was not able to make that appointment time so they took my deposit. I hope the deposit was worth it because I will no longer be considering getting implants done from this place!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish at Truly Dental — truly amazing in every sense 😄 Dr Tanay Kulkarni was my surgeon and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better. When the sedation started wearing off and I was clearly struggling, he stayed calm, patient, reassuring, and still completed the surgery without rushing me at all.
