Bharti, the receptionist, deserves a special mention — she is extremely friendly, helpful, and always accommodating whenever I’ve needed to amend appointment dates or times. Highly recommend this practice for their outstanding care and customer service.

Came in to enquire on the poster in the window regarding teeth straightening and whitening. Receptionist was awful. No customer friendly welcome. I asked about getting more information on teeth straightening. She just said ‘£4000’. Nothing else. I tried to ask more questions and all I got was one word answers and she would speak awfully quietly. I had to press my ear through the glass opening. No intention at all to inform me of the service, process or any reference information. It’s almost as if she assumed I couldn’t afford it from the moment I walked in.
