After paying a £30 deposit for a free consultation, I was told my lower arch was untreatable due to gum and bone issues. Despite this, the clinic refused to offer a reduced rate for a 'top-arch only' treatment, demanding the full Invisalign price instead. They also required an additional £99 for 3D modeling. Their marketing is great, but their actual service lacks the flexibility and cost-effectiveness needed for patients with specific dental requirements.
