I feel compelled to write this review. I do not think that this dental practice runs its practice in an ethical way. I attended for an emergency appointment related to a wisdom tooth infection caused by an impacted wisdom tooth. I have had this issue once or twice before and the course of treatment in each previous instance has always been a round of antibiotics for a fair price. This time, the timing meant I had to pay for an emergency appointment, which I was happy to do. I cracked a tooth when out of the country, as an American, and booked an appointment online. Dr Millet was kind, gentle and very clear about the process and what next steps would be when I got back to the States. My situation was not an easy one and she was fantastic. Greatly appreciated!!

Edit: The dentist called to offer us a bribe (the total refund of our visit of £120) to remove this review. We refused. Extortionate! If I could give this below 1 star I would. My partner was seen by the dentist for an emergency appointment. The prices we were quoted were expensive and the dentist was aggressive with her telling her she NEEDED to be seen today! Dr. Kishanie was the absolute best! Knowing how bad my dental situation is, she didn’t judge me and helped me understand the whole process. I will be coming back and would strongly recommend other people to see her as well.
