I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Paddington Dental Practice. The clinic has a calm, clean, and welcoming environment, and all the staff are consistently kind, professional, and helpful. I have been coming to Paddington Dental Practise from 2013, ever since I worked at The Point around the corner. I am also currently sitting in the practise now. I live in Whitechapel and choose to drive past numerous dentists to get here every time I have an appointment, due to the impeccable service received on each and every occasion. My dentist namely is Sharon, full of experience and most importantly does not make you feel uncomfortable or rushed as I have experienced from some dentists in the past. My sincere thanks to everyone at the Paddington Dental Practice in particular Dr Satbir, Norma, Gabbie and all Dr Satbir's assistants. All so wonderful, kind, helpful, diligent, understanding and so friendly and efficient. I truly recommend this practice highly enough. My experience has been amazing and so pleasant. Simply hank you all.
Awful place. Scarse hygene. Rude and disorganised. Took me several weeks and multiple calls to book an appointment with Ben due to their bad communication. When the day came, Ben refused to see me because I was 10mins late for trains disruptions. No mercy! I was going to bring in £800. Luckily the world is full of dentists who will be happy to treat me instead. Also, the practice claims to offer NHS AND private service but when I asked for NHS, Ben told me to go home, save and come back when I can afford private. Disgusting experience! Me and my partner will never go back!
