I can’t recommend The Mindful Dentist enough. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. I’ve been to a few dentists before and usually feel quite nervous, but I was so well looked after here. I was six months pregnant and came in for a re–root canal, and the dentist was incredibly patient and considerate. The level of care and customer service was excellent, and I was even surprised with a follow-up call from the receptionist to check in on me. I’ve never experienced that kind of care at a dentist before, which really puts your mind at ease.
Highly recommend this dentist. I am a very nervous patient after having bad experiences when I was younger but the whole team calmed my nerves and was very friendly, professional and caring. Best dentist practice in the area, would always recommend!
Really recommend this dentist. I recently took my three - very nervous about the dentist - children in for a check up, and the dentist was absolutely lovely and really put them all at ease. Reception staff were very kind and professional also. So pleased.
My experience here was a little uncomfortable. My first visit was a first patient appointment/check-up with x-ray included. The dentist listed the treatment required (which was a filling and hygienist clean, I returned under 2 months later and on this visit I noticed the dentist twitching in between drilling which caused anxiety and discomfort. Also, the order in which the dentist carried out my treatment was confusing. My tooth was numbed for my filling, then the dentist decided to start cleaning, after this he began drilling into my tooth, filled then polished - this order defeated the …
