I have attended this GP Practice for at least 20yrs and have always found them to be helpful, pleasant and professional. I agree the automated phone contact can be frustrating but when actually speaking to a receptionist, I have found, issues are always dealt with efficiently. Eithne Fenlon.

I do not recommend this dental service, especially for vulnerable people. The dentist and her assistant showed no professionalism or respect in their communication. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe during my visit. The experience was so negative that I preferred to leave in physical pain rather than endure further emotional and psychological distress in their presence. I revisited another dental practice and what a difference. I paid the same price and the service I got was outstanding. There are fantastic dentists out there. Brilliant just brilliant! 2 ladies who took my tooth out, done a very good job, awkward back tooth but it came out! 10/10 for both ladies.

I recently had a very positive experience at Woodfield Medical Centre. From the moment I arrived, the staff were helpful and polite, making the whole process much smoother. I was also pleasantly surprised by the short wait time; I didn't have to wait long at all before being seen, which is always a bonus. Overall, I was very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the team at Woodfield Medical Centre and would happily recommend them.
