I’ve had a very disappointing experience with The London Smile Clinic, specifically with the scheduling for my composite fillings with Dr Bradstock-Smith. I paid the full amount upfront to get the discount, and my other treatments at the clinic have been completely fine – the hygienist and the orthodontic team have been great. However, the appointments for my fillings were cancelled multiple times without asking me first.
