The Grange Dental Surgery

Avoid by all means! A crown fitted by the practice broke not long after installation, which raises serious concerns about the quality of their work. Customer service was poor — the male receptionist used overly colloquial, unprofessional language and showed no understanding of basic customer care. Overall, the service was inadequate from start to finish. Not worth the stress, time, or money. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I had an-appointment on Wednesday 11th of September at 10.30am. I got a call from the practice on Monday 2nd to see if I could come on Wednesday 4th 10.30am instead . I was accommodating and agreed to move the appointment. I was having a private set of dentures made, not NHS. The Dentist is, apparently, the practices manager/owner . She arrived 5 minutes before my appointment had a gripe with her son on reception . Taking him outside of the practice. The dentist called me through at 10:40am. Her first words to me to were ‘what benefits are you on’ and ‘what am I supposed to be doing?’ !!??.…

Being someone that feels very nervous about dental visits, I instantly felt comfortable with the dentist and his assistant, who was very efficient. They had amazing chemistry and I felt like I could trust them. The dentist was very informative about what needs to be done and why. He also gave me options to choose from which made me feel at ease; I felt no pressure to go with a decision that I didn’t feel comfortable with.I usually find treatment to be painful but not this time. I’ve never felt like this at a dentist surgery before which is why i’ll be coming back here if need be.

Dr Him Ho and his dental nurse were amazing with my 24 year old son again, they have been so brilliant & patient, they have worked with my son and helped him through the most terrible dentist phobia. My son was so comfortable at the last visit he let Dentist Him Ho use the hook to examine him with no problem. I am so delighted, as is my son who has come so far from having full on panic attacks to this stage. Thank you Him Ho & your wonderful dental nurse. 🙏
