Vassant is always very friendly and informative. The hygienist, Shay, was amazing! She put me at ease as I was really anxious as needed injections due to sensitivity. She was warm, encouraging and reassuring throughout the whole appointment which made all the difference to my experience. Thank you so much 🙏🏼
Could not fault this dentist. First class treatment from start to finish. John is a wonderful oral surgeon. All the staff are fantastic. I just want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for today. I am a very nervous person and my visit could not have been made better. You are all a great, great team.
I came here three different times in past one year with different people and every single time I had to wait for at least 45mins to an hour. And when you ask the receptionist she says you can rebook if you don’t wanna wait. After 55 mins of waiting this time, one of the receptionist came to us and said there’s been an upset patient upstairs which is why there’s delay. It’s frustrating as it happens constantly every time you visit. Like If you always gonna run late then book your appointments for longer. This is no behaviour to tolerate as it keeps happening every single time you visit this …
I have been attending the dental clinic for years. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The clinic is very clean and modern. My dentist Raj is very experienced and patient as I am a very nervous person when comes to dental treatment.
